Nowadays, previous methods of hair transplanting have lost their popularity due to post-surgery scars. This led to the development of a new technique called no-scar hair transplant. This method uses a special tool with an extraction head to harvest the scalp for one millimetre per dot in the occipus area. After that, the hair follicles are implanted in the balding area, which contains extremely small and barely-visible dots. This method is suitable for those who are starting to go bald, as it is quite time-consuming and can be done in a small amount each time. This is due to the fact that each hair shafts need to be extracted one at a time. Therefore, an hour of extraction can result in around 50 shafts.
